How can I place an order?

When can I expect my order?
My turnaround time is currently 4-6 weeks from the order date. I also offer rush, 1-2 week turnaround, which is an additional cost depending on the item purchased. If you need a sign for a specific date please communicate that with me asap.
Is shipping additional cost?
Yes, shipping is calculated uniquely for each sign depending on size, weight, and destination. If your item needs to be shipped please provide me with a zip code when inquiring about a purchase and I will provide you with a quote.

Local pickups are also available and encouraged.
Do you ship worldwide?
I only ship within the US & Canada currently. The reason I don't ship internationally is due to the cost along with customs. I wish I could get my products to anyone but I have no control over any additional fees such as customs. I'm sorry!
What are the payment options?
There are a lot of payment options available if you purchase through Etsy or this website. Local pickups can also pay cash. Venmo and Paypal can also be used if you prefer to purchase with me directly.
What is your return policy?
Because everything is custom and made to order I do not accept returns. Every order will be provided a mockup within 48 hours of purchase. I do not start creating your item until you approve of the proof and all additional details. If you place an order, and for some reason need to cancel you have 24 hrs to contact me to do so. Cancelations are not accepted after you approve of the mockup.
Can you help me with colors/designs?
Absolutely! If you send me pictures of the room the sign will be in I can help match colors the best I can! I can also create designs to coincide with other elements in the room.
How do I hang my sign?
Every sign has picture hanging wire or sawtooth hangers attached to the back ready for you to hang it up. I recommend for any signs larger than 12" to put a nail or screw into a stud or anchor in the wall. Some larger signs can be between 5-10lbs.
What kind of wood is used?
Most round name signs are made with ⅜" or ½" Baltic Birch. Some features are cut with ¼", ½" or ¾" MDF. All framed signs are made with birch and pine. If you would like hardwood like maple, oak, or walnut please let me know and I can provide you with appropriate pricing.
Can my sign be exposed to the elements outside?
All signs are made for interior use ideally. You can hang a sign on a protected exterior porch or overhang but when exposed directly to the elements I can not guarantee the longevity of your sign. I do have exterior options but that needs to be communicated to me during the initial design phase because prices may vary.
